Outer Heaven
Small jobs, hard edges
-
One job each
No minion does everything. Each one owns a narrow slice of the work and knows nothing about the rest, which is what stops small mistakes turning into big ones.
-
Limits, not trust
Every minion has things it is simply not allowed to do. Sending, publishing and spending are the obvious ones. A human approves those, every time.
-
One place to interrupt
Minions never decide to bother a human. They flag how serious something is; the commander alone decides whether it waits or wakes someone up.
